Sustainability Confidence (+0.71), Stress Manageability (+0.68), and Stress Regulation Capacity (+0.60) showed the strongest gains — suggesting WenWell Circles™ help participants build durable skills for navigating stress.

Connection & Support

Participants reported a meaningful increase in Connection & Support (+0.39), reinforcing that structured, psychologically safe group dialogue strengthens the social fabric teams need to thrive.

Clarity & Agency

Clarity & Agency improved by +0.45, indicating that Circles help participants feel more in control, more purposeful, and better equipped to act in alignment with their values.

Emotional Load Awareness

Even the smallest gain — Emotional Load Awareness at +0.31 — reflects a shift in how participants understand and relate to their own emotional experiences, a foundational skill for sustainable well-being.
